Product Usage:
Ethyl Carbonate is a kind of important alkyl carbamate, which has a wide range of uses and is one of the earliest sedative drugs. In addition to the individual characteristics of methyl carbamate, ethyl carbamate can also be used as an intermediate in medicine, pesticides and spices, and in the production of sleeping pills and sedatives. It can be used as an antidote for brucine and resorcinol, a bactericide, a cosolvent for injection, a colorant for printing and dyeing industry, and also for biochemical research. In addition, urethane itself can be used as a patent medicine, with anticancer properties, for the treatment of multiple myeloma and chronic leukemia. It can also be used as cosolvent or latent solvent for some pharmaceutical injection formulations. Urethane itself is also used as a therapeutic agent for some tumors.
